Welcome to Bear Canyon Elementary!  We’re excited to welcome you to this journey at our school. We use an online enrollment process. Please see below for steps on how to complete this process.

Online Registration (OLR)

Required Documents for Registration. You will need the following documents for enrollment. These documents should be scanned in a .pdf or .jpeg format. If you are using a phone, please use a scanning app for document integrity.

  • Parent/Guardian Government Issued ID (e.g. Drivers License)
  • Student(s) Government Issued Birth Certificate
  • Student(s) Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (1 from list below)
The enrollment link can be found:
  • On the Douglas County School District website (dcsdk12.org). Click on A-Z, and then Enrollment.
  • Using the QR code below.

*Please Note*: Once OLR is submitted, you will receive an email from a "noreply_ic" address regarding your OLR Application status. Incomplete applications will be returned to you (un-submitted) for correction and may be re-submitted once complete.
