Picture Day - Wednesday, August 24th (Retakes scheduled for Wednesday, September 28th.)  Student pictures will be taken on August 24th. Parents need not be present, as students will be taken down by classroom.   HERE is a full flier for information. Picture orders are due by no later than August 26th. Pre-order your student’s photo package using the information below. HERE is the link to place that order using the code below.

BCE’s Annual Back to School Picnic is here
~Come celebrate the start of school with us~ 

Come celebrate the new school year with us on Friday, August 26th from 4:30-7:30 p.m. out on the BCE playgrounds & fields! Join us for some good old fashion FUN including face painting, bounce houses, carnival games, cotton candy, popcorn, special performances and more!  

**Added to the Picnic this year is the BCE’s TEACHER TREATS AUCTION! 

Stop by the Teacher Treats table to bid on some awesome experiences for your student with some of their favorite teachers and other fun items! Bidding will open at 4:30pm and close at 7:30pm.

Wristbands are $13 each or $32 for a family of 3 or more.  Each wristband includes unlimited carnival games and bouncy houses, 1 face painting, 1 cotton candy, and 1 popcorn!  

We welcome you to bring a picnic dinner, or food will be available for pre-order ONLY. Deadline to pre-order is August 23rd. Food pre-order selection is:   

  • 1/4 lb all beef hot dog & chips for $4 
  • Jersey Mike's sandwich (Turkey and Provolone, Ham and Provolone, or The Veggie) and chips for $10.50 

Sodas and waters will also be sold by the 6th grade for Outdoor Ed funds. Cash only. 

Hip POP Dessert truck will be available for dessert purchases starting at $5.
